Same Day Shipping & Local Pick Up
Our 5PM cut off time for weekday shipments allows us to meet your needs when a rental is needed as soon as possible. We love nothing more than being able to help you at 4:59pm and still get your knee walker the next day.
We accept most FLEX and Health Saving Account Credit Cards
We have coordinated services to be able to accept most FLEX and Health Saving Account Credit Cards for your knee walker unit. As long as there is a Visa or MasterCard logo on the card, it can be used in the checkout process as a regular credit card.
4-Day "No-Hassle" Cancellation
Knowing that circumstances change or that a knee walker may not work out for you, we offer a simple cancellation policy. Just return your unit within the first 4 days after you receive it and only be charged a $45 cancellation fee.
Discounted Express Rates
We believe that for those of you that need your knee walker right away, it just doesn't feel right to tell you it will cost another $200 to ship the unit overnight like some other companies. That's just not who we are. We believe in treating our customers how we like to be treated, that's why we pass on our savings to you.
