Happy Thanksgiving From Rent A Knee Walker
- We're coming close to the end of the year, and boy—what a year it has been.
As we all know, aside from the global pandemic, a lot of other issues have compounded into this year—exasperating our mental stress. Not only have we had to do our part to defeat the virus collectively, but we all also had to fight our own individual battles.
When we are in a difficult situation, our thoughts and energies tend to focus on finding a solution to our problems to overcome them.
Gratitude is not a feeling that would be expected to occur during difficult times, as such times are typically associated with negative emotions.
In a year where there has been a lot of uncertainty, pain, and suffering—this particular Thanksgiving is an opportune moment to count all the blessings we have.
Although, we may feel even more grateful for things during these challenging times. Because during these moments, we can count every blessing and appreciate them in a way that is not possible under "normal times".
Gratitude is a human emotion that may be caused by positive or negative events in life. We can use it as a tool for improving the overall quality of life, a growing experience to improve ourselves, and be prepared for the next obstacles life will throw at us.
